My goal is to guide you to become a healthier and happier you. I believe that lifestyle related illnesses can be prevented and or reversed by fostering a positive mindset, developing healthy habits and choosing whole foods.
Following the Dietetics program, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Health from UBC Vancouver. I continued my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC where I received my designation in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching. Next, I received my certification as a Raw Food Chef in Costa Rica where I learned to create delicious raw plant based cuisine.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, Raw Food Chef and Food, Nutrition & Health degree holder, I strongly believe I can help you achieve your health and wellness goals while maintaining that taste and comfort you so enjoy.

I'm not the type of person who ever felt comfortable in the kitchen. Meal prepping and cooking in general always felt overwhelming and I never knew where to start. Heather came over and walked me through meal prepping with straight forward easy steps and showed me how a few healthy ingredients and minimal modifications could result in multiple easy, delicious, healthy, balanced meals that even I could feel confident making on my own. I've since branched out and now feel more inspired and adventurous with finding my own healthy recipes to try and it's all thanks to her. :)
